The 'Bonny Best' tomato was a very popular canning variety in the first half of the 20th century in the U.S. Its fruits are round, sometimes ribbed, bright red, medium-sized (150-250 g) with firm, flavorful flesh. Good vigor and disease resistance: well adapted to cold regions. Little foliage. Indeterminate habit. Mid-season: about 75 days to maturity after transplanting.

Sow 5 to 6 weeks before the last frost. Store at between 24°C and 32°C. Transplant when the first true leaves appear, then store between 16°C and 20°C until transplanting to the garden, around 4 weeks after transplanting.
