Airy and radiant, German chamomile 'Bodegold' has so much to offer and so few requirements other than a sunny spot... It's an improved cultivar with an upright, uniform habit, and flowers rich in essential oils that are larger than those of the species. Early flowering.

Sow on the surface: either in trays, 6 weeks before transplanting, or on the spot, in the sun. Germination: 5 to 25 days at 18°C to 23°C.
Our preferred protocol = sowing on site in August-September, overwintered under snow for flowering at the summer solstice.
