Winged Tobacco 'Lime Green' is a magnificent ornamental tobacco with trumpet-shaped flowers of a delicate lime-green, which glow as evening approaches... when its subtle fragrance is released. Its slender flower stems, which grow from 60 cm to 1 m high, are exquisite as a bouquet in a vase. For your pleasure.

This beautiful tobacco can be grown in containers, or in flowerbeds, as long as the soil is rich enough and drains well. It's a perfect companion to flowerbeds of all shades, in sun or partial shade, and blooms all summer long into autumn. It attracts hummingbirds and butterflies too!

Additional information

Sow 5 weeks before transplanting outdoors after any risk of frost, on the surface, and keep the soil moist between 24°C and 32°C. Germination can take up to two weeks at this temperature. Transplant when the first true leaves appear, and keep between 16°C and 20°C until transplanting to the garden, where you'll need to maintain a 30-60 cm space between plants.
