We offer the simple, orangey-yellow variant of calendula, an annual plant that's both undemanding and generous. Its petals are used in every dish to add sunshine, or on the skin, where they work miracles applied as a mother tincture, ointment or simply as a compress. Its disinfectant action also promotes the healing of skinned plants and trees.
