Filderkraut cabbage is a traditional German variety introduced in 1924. Its head ends in an upwardly elongated point. Rich in sugar, this cabbage has excellent flavor and a very firm texture. Excellent for sauerkraut. A medium-late variety, ready to harvest 90 to 100 days after transplanting.
