Fun Jen Chinese mustard is a rather mild mustard with fleshy, white petioles that are both tender and crunchy, and petal-green leaves. It grows in a vase shape, about 25 cm high. Perfect for quick kimchi! Can be used raw as young shoots or like lettuce, otherwise in stir-fries or soups... (resembles 'Tokyo Bekana').

Sow as early as possible in spring, or in July/August. Sow about 1 cm deep, in rows 50 cm apart, then thin out (by eating the small shoots) to keep one plant every 20 cm.
