Triomphe de Farcy dwarf bean (1892) organic
$ 5,00
Phaseolus vulgaris, Fabaceae
The 'Triomphe de Farcy' dwarf bean is a fine bean with beautiful straight green pods marbled with purple, which should be picked every 2-3 days to avoid 'netting'. The seed is mottled purple-black. A vigorous, productive variety: a classic of French heritage. A little later than 'Fin de Bagnols' but reputedly better tasting. About 65 days to maturity.
