Finished for 2024 - gourmet workshop FROM THE GARDEN TO THE TABLE 100% TOMATO!
$ 120,00
This 100% tomato feast is an invitation to immerse yourself in the history, culture and eccentricities of this vegetable-fruit, with a garden tour, theory and TASTING MENU!
Two days to explore the world of tomatoes over the long Labor Day weekend.
In a variety of colors, sizes and flavours, come and discover the little-known world of Lycopersicon esculentumor should we say Solanum lycopersicum? Our love for pomodori has inspired a number of activities, which we offer in a convivial 3h00 formula. We start the workshop in the garden at 10am, switch to the kitchen en route, and leave the table around 1pm on Saturday and Sunday.
On the program:
- Garden tour
- Discussion of how to grow this fruit, from sowing to harvesting (choice of varieties, crossbreeding, maintenance, etc.).
- Workshop on tomato diseases (identification, prevention, treatment)
