Moldovan Green organic tomato

$ 4,50

Solanum lycopersicum, Solanaceae

We love our Moldovan Green tomato in salads and sandwiches, but also in spaghetti sauce! A full-flavored green sauce that fools our guests' senses with its color, usually associated with unripe fruit. Its flesh is fruity and rich, with a refreshingly sweet acidity. And this lush Moldavian tomato does very well in our Lower Laurentian climate. No splitting, no blossom end rot, good field behaviour without stakes... and yes, it's green, and will stay that way! A beautiful green with golden reflections at maturity. Indeterminate plant to be pruned to optimize fruiting. Fruits are ripe from 75 days after transplanting.
