St John's Wort is a hardy (-34°C) herbaceous perennial that has spread around the world in northern countries. It resprouts abundantly, and is even considered "harmful" in some American states... But when properly administered, i.e. under the supervision of a professional herbalist, its effects on our health are more than desirable, particularly on the nervous system.
