A favorite in herbal teas or raw in salads for its refreshing, digestive and energizing anise-menthol sweetness. Agastache leaves are harvested from spring to autumn. Its delicious spikes of blue flowers appear from July to September, attracting butterflies, bumblebees and other foragers like magnets. A hardy perennial with no fickleness, it prefers to grow in dry, sunny soil. 70-90 cm. Zone 4.
