Belleville sorrel is easy to grow and is one of the first salads of spring. Perennial, it can remain in place for several years.
Ses touffes de feuilles vert clair ont un goût franchement citronné: du zeste pour vos salades, vos soupes ou encore vos sauces à poisson. L’oseille préfère un sol frais et profond. Ses feuilles sont de qualité au printemps, laissent à désirer en plein été puis redeviennent belles et bonnes à l’automne. On commence les récoltes 3 mois après le semis et ensuite au gré de nos besoins. Rustique jusqu’en zone 2!
