This Caucasian mullein is a biennial plant (or short-lived perennial) with a branching variation of flower spikes typical of the Verbascum genus, forming a pyramidal bouquet up to 2 m high. Pale yellow flowers with purplish stamens last well into summer. Bees and butterflies are sure to visit... easy to grow in soil that drains well, in full sun or light shade.
