Idaho Jewel tomato

$ 4,50

Solanum lycopersicum, Solanaceae

The 'Joyau d'Idaho' tomato is a very early and hardy variety, producing slightly flattened red fruits 4-5 cm in diameter, resembling a miniature version of the 'Marmande'. This compact, determined variety is ideal for growing in containers, on rooftops, or where summers are cool and short. Do not prune it, but it is preferable to stake it. It tolerates both hot and cool weather. Height 40-70 cm. First fruits ripe around 40 days after transplanting.
