Brassica juncea, Brassicaceae

Ruby Streaks mustard is a beautiful addition to your mixed salads. These purple mustard greens with their lacy edges create delightful contrasts with other greens through their design, hue and pungent flavor.

We harvest them from the juvenile stage at around 21 days, to maturity at around 40 days. The color is most pronounced when the cool autumn weather arrives.
