organic columbine
$ 4,75
Aquilegia canadensis, Ranunculaceae
Our vibrant native columbine, whose scarlet flowers attract hummingbirds from May to July. It is happy in soil that is not too compact, in partial shade or sun, and tolerates pot culture well. The pulverized seeds are used by many native Northwestern tribes as a love charm; the roots as a good-luck charm. Hardy perennial in zone 3. 30-60 cm.
