Organic Flat Red Turnip Early Whole Leaf

The turnip 'Rouge Plat Hâtif À Feuille Entire' produces beautiful round, flattened, white roots with a purple collar. We harvest them in September and October from late July/early August sowing. Properly grown, these turnips are very sweet and crunchy in texture, excellent raw 'à la croque en sel'.
