Friedrich Nietzsche squash has nothing in common with contemporary small-format varieties bred in the age of individualism: it's the ideal size for cooking a convivial banquet! We love the quality of its dark yellow flesh, which is firm and dry, with excellent flavor, making it ideal for making gnocchi for your next philosophically-themed meal, for example... There's no need to leave the purée to drain overnight, as you have to do with more moist varieties. Its large fruits weigh 3 to 4 kg and are produced on runner plants. Maturity: 95 days from direct sowing.
