But there's sometimes a lot to discover between planting, growing, harvesting and culinary transformation...

In this series of 6 workshops, we're reaching out to you by taking a closer look at various aspects of gardening related to this time of year. From the garden, where we'll be observing the cultivation of the products in focus that month, to the kitchen, where the harvests will end up, we'll be sharing with you the tips we've gleaned over the years for success "from seed to plate".

Les sessions de 3 heures sont divisées entre théorie et observations au jardin, démonstration avec les produits vedettes en cuisine, culminant dans le plaisir de la dégustation. Vous pouvez donc suivre ces formations «à la carte» de façon non-linéaire, l’une à la suite de l’autre, si vous le voulez, ou dans l’ordre qui vous convient sur plusieurs années, car le contenu change à chaque mois…


In SEPTEMBER, the seed harvest is at its peak... and fruiting bodies of all kinds are piling up. It's an abundance! We also carry out selective thinning on our populations of biennial plants.

prosciutto de tomate, pickle d’aubergine, purée de mauve à la marocaine, beignets de courgette à la turque, purée de haricots blancs saupoudrée de poudres de poivrons, rouleaux d’aubergine farçies à la géorgienne, concombre des Antilles à la croque au sel, tajine de poulet et citron confit à la pipicha, tarte aux poires à l’agastache…
