Our Italian flat-leaf parsley has large, flat, glossy, highly aromatic leaves at the end of long, wide, tenderly succulent stems... Be generous with compost and water and it will repay you in tenderness. The best parsley for savory herbs. Don't harvest it before the first frosts, which give it a sweet taste!

Rinsing/soaking the seeds well in warm water before sowing will improve the germination rate.

Preferably sow directly on site in spring, 0.6-1 cm deep, 35 cm between rows, and maintain constant humidity until germination, which can take up to a month! Thin out to leave 20-30 cm between plants.
