Classic mizuna, mild flavor, fast growth. For those unfamiliar, it's a classic Japanese greens, which could be compared to arugula. Its cut leaves grow in rosettes and can be eaten both raw and cooked.

Sow 0.6 cm deep, at 1 cm intervals, in rows at least 5 cm apart for young shoots...
You can also give them more room to grow to maturity: sow at 2-3 cm intervals in rows 15-25 cm apart, then thin out to 15 cm along the row. You can sow every 2 weeks from early spring to late summer, to extend the indoor season.
