Solanum lycopersicum, Solanaceae
Matt's Wild Cherry' is a very small cherry tomato, native to Mexico where it was discovered in the wild. Its fruits ripen all at once in a highly ornamental cluster. They are very sweet and concentrated in flavor. Really prolific, even in sandy soil through drought, with thick plant mulch for refreshment, no watering. It forms beautiful bushes that you wouldn't dare prune in this condition, but you can also prune and climb it. Fruits are ripe from 60 days after transplanting.
