Arugula

Arugula is an Italian specialty with a hazelnut-radish-butter taste, more pronounced if the plant suffers from drought. Young leaves can be eaten raw in salads or cooked in velvety soups. The flowers can be eaten and make beautiful bouquets. Seeds are used like mustard seeds.
