As a general rule, we recommend sowing tomatoes 5 to 6 weeks before the last frost. Potting soil should be kept at between 24°C and 32°C. As soon as the first true leaves appear, prick out and expose to temperatures of 16°C to 20°C, with plenty of light. It's best to water "from underneath", i.e. to soak the base of the pots so that the water percolates from top to bottom, to prevent the seedlings from melting. Tomato seeds will keep for many years if kept away from humidity, light and at a cool, constant temperature.

Please note that kit contents may change during the year, depending on inventories. Please consult the current page for each kit before ordering, as the list available at the time of purchase will be representative of the actual contents of the assortment.
