The Plant Society is many things, but it starts with Patrice Fortier

Patrice describes himself as "an agency for encounters between plants and gardeners": he likes to inspire people to try an unknown plant, or to take a fresh look at one they thought they knew well... A visual artist by training, a gardener and sower by profession, he produces and sells his seeds, which he selects with curiosity and rigor. At La société des plantes, we taste, observe and smell all seed-bearing plants with the aim of sharing the most fragrant, juicy, crunchy, sweet, bitter, hardy, elegant and interesting offspring!
For everything to come together gracefully, it takes the support of a reliable and passionate team to back Patrice, whose pillars are listed below:

• Antoine Berton, our plant health specialist and production manager
• Caroline Goudreau, queen of the boutique and also the one who ensures the smooth flow of postal orders and the human side of all this machinery.
• Virginie Bernier, in charge of the order, incomparable garden helper and germination test counter.
• Charles-Antoine Frandelion, Production Network Agent and General Councillor
• Nico Fonseca, our permanent artist-in-residence, who designs our environments and tests our recipes
